Clinical Piece is committed to transparent and fair policies for all continuing education participants.
Participants who cancel their registration at least 7 days prior to the scheduled live session date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the live session are not eligible for a refund but may request a transfer to a future course offering.
Participants who do not attend the live session and do not contact Clinical Piece in advance will not be eligible for a refund. Participants who experience a documented emergency should contact info@clinicalpiece.com as soon as possible.
Once a participant has accessed the self-paced course materials, refunds are not available for the self-paced portion of the course.
If Clinical Piece cancels a course, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future offering.
